Warranty

Every engine and transmission we sell comes with a parts warranty. Here is the short version. The full terms are in the warranty document below.

Your warranty at a glance

• Brand new and remanufactured engines and transmissions: 6 months / unlimited km.
• Used import engines and transmissions: 90 days / unlimited km.
• Extended warranty (new and remanufactured only): +6 months for $750 + tax, 12 months / unlimited km in total. Can only be added when you order your unit.

Parts only. Labour, towing, fluids and rental cars are not covered. The torque converter is never covered. Your warranty starts on the purchase date on your invoice.

Keep your warranty valid

• Have the unit installed by a licensed mechanic.
• Do the break-in service between 500 and 1,000 km (oil and filter change for engines, fluid service for transmissions) and keep the invoice.
• Keep the heat tabs and tamper seals intact.

How to make a claim

Call or text 403-471-7150 before any work is done on the unit. Have your invoice, a photo of the odometer, your mechanic's diagnostic report, and the installation and break-in service invoices ready.

If we approve your claim, we repair or replace the unit (we decide which, case by case). You pay the freight on a replacement unit.
